What happens if I do not have enough credit to renew Weekly and Monthly Data?
If you do not have enough credit for renewal, your Weekly and Monthly Data Plan service will automatically deactivate. You will be required to re-subscribe when you have enough credits in order to continue enjoy the Weekly and Monthly Data.
What are the Term & Condition for Weekly and Monthly Data?
THE WEEKLY AND MONTHLY DATA PLAN, are subject to the following terms and conditions:
These Plans is valid from 1st February 2013 until further notice.
These Plans is valid for all existing and new Tone Excel subscribers.
These Plans available and their descriptions are as follows:
CC17 – Pay RM17 and get 20 minutes worth of airtime for local calls in a Promo Bucket and 200MB worth of data access with a validity period of 7 days from date of subscription.
CC64 – Pay RM64 and get 60 minutes worth of airtime for local calls in a Promo Bucket, get 100 FREE SMS and 1GB worth of data access with a validity period of 30 days from date of subscription.
The airtime within the Promo Bucket can be used for Local Calls ONLY until the allotted airtime is exhausted where upon the airtime credit within the users main Tune Talk prepaid balance will start to be utilized at standard Tone Excel call rates.
In order to subscribe, users must send “CC17” to 2222 for the weekly plan and “CC64” to 2222 for the monthly plan.
Subscribers must have the following minimum balances in their Tone Excel prepaid main balance in order to subscribe to the plans:
CC17 – minimum of RM18
CC64 – minimum of RM65
The Plan will be auto-renewed upon reaching the periods specified below:
CC17 - 7 days
CC64 - 30days
In the event the Data Quota is exhausted before the expiry, users can get an additional Data Quota by sending “CC17 ADD” or “CC64 ADD” and send it to 2222. Please note the unused data quota and free airtime allocation from the previous subscription does not carry forward
To unsubscribe from the plans, users must send “CC17 STOP” to 2222 for the weekly plan and “CC64 STOP” to 2222 for the monthly plan. While to check on status users must send “CC17 STATUS” to 2222 for the weekly plan and “CC64 STATUS” to 2222 for the monthly plan.
Users can only subscribe to 1(one) Plan at any one time.
All queries pertaining to the above service should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-7949 0000 from 8am to 10pm daily.
All subscribers that participate in this plan are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Tune Talks service terms and conditions, as and when so amended herein and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.
The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
